First of all, this is your gentle reminder that although you may be feeling very alone in this moment, you are so so loved and this is just a moment & the moment will pass.

Feeling heavy, sad or depressed can be on elf the most decapitating emotions. I want you to be gentle with yourself, show yourself compassion and give your body and mind what it needs in this moment. Below are some ideas to work your way up the emotional scale. Trying to reach for a good feeling thought can be nearly impossible in this state, but step by step we will get there.

Depending on how low you feel, getting the body moving can be very helpful. If you feel too low to do this, scroll down this page to find my tools for starting from a place of no motivation.

If you feel capable, introduce any movement to the body. This can be something soft like yoga, stretching or a workout that I linked below. If you can go for a walk, a run or get out into nature, even better. This is one of the first steps I try to take when I feel myself down spiraling.
